CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect reserved treatment time, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and the appointment may need to be canceled or shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Appointments canceled, missed, or abandoned with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Deposits will be applied toward the total service amount at checkout. In the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
