CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no show appointments, will be subject to a 100% service fee. If you are running late, I offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be canceled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
